I am a y/o Male currently looking for a roommate to share this 2nd floor Apartment with. I currently have one y/o female roommate as well. It is located in the Tatnuck area of Worcester, right around the corner from Worcester State.Living, kitchen, bathroom areas etc… are fully furnished by me. Water is included in price. Electric, gas and internet would be split amongst three. Floor includes a balcony, 1 bathroom, washer and dryer, attic, refrigerator/freezer, gas stove/oven, and dishwasher. Plenty of on street parking available!Just hoping for someone, roughly my age, who is very clean and willing to stick around for at least a year! :)

Apartment complex has amenities at the club house including an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Roommates do have to be added onto the lease per the leasing office which may involve an application (small fee) and $ security deposit.
