The room is across from a semi-private newly remodeled bathroom with your own vanity.Our place has a large back patio, dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit, garage, wifi, and a full kitchen for those who like to cook. Lincoln, also thirty years old, works as a project manager, is a sports enthusiast, and occasionally takes on gigs in the film industry. Lastly, there's me, Dave, your landlord. When I'm not busy attempting repairs, you'll often find me indulging in beach volleyball. We primarily utilize our home as a place to rest and recharge and don’t have visitors over too often although we aren’t opposed to having guests.You:We are looking for a single occupancy, respectful and clean roommate who is friendly, communicative and has a steady, dependable career and is responsible for rent and keeping the common areas clean.

Located in laguna beach a quiet community. Someone responsible enough NOT to let my cats outside. A preferably non-smoker although if u smoke in your car I do not care. Non partier been there done that, alcoholics and drug addicts need not apply, I’ve already been down that road with people and I’m just done with it. I’m just trying to make it, and survive thru difficult times. Beautiful location, ocean view from living room. Need a clean person, no loud music, hopefully friendly and kind. Someone with a job that they actually leave the house and get some sunshine everyday would be ideal. deposit + first month rent two week notice to vacate please, utilities included
