Mom of two adorable girls looking for a Female short term roommate to share our beautiful bath home. Our home has a 1 bedroom with a shared in frequently used bathroom available for $ utilities included. Cleaning fee Non Refundable deposit . Our home provides internet, printer, laundry, room for storage in garage, front and backyard shared kitchen and living room space. We are close to shopping, hospitals. My girls and I are low key very routine. I work and the girls go to school and are in home daycare. We are wanting someone who can fit along with us because we are a family home. We have a cat named Gizmo sorry no other pets allowed.

The house is a Victorian home in Alameda. With an upstairs and a downstairs until, I own the house and live upstairs. The downstairs unit has 3 bedrooms, one bath, with a finished living room and a kitchen. There is currently a gentleman living in one of the bedrooms. The front office staff genuinely cares about the happiness of renters and are pretty on top of things regarding any maintenance issues/etc. They host resident events every month.
