Beautiful home in downtown Belmont. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. The available bedroom has a full bath attached, and walk in closet. The room can come furnished or not. The home has all the normal features (washer/dryer, internet, dishwasher, microwave). The basement has a grill and ping pong table. Belmont is close to the CLT airport & less than minutes to uptown Charlotte. Must be a dog lover, I have 8 year old Golden Doodle who is extremely friendly and playful.
