The room currently is furnished but does not have to be if not needed. The only residents in the home are myself and boyfriend. We keep to ourselves for most part, we mostly stay in our bedroom . The home has washer and dryer in the unit . The utilities are included in the rent. We do require a deposit of $ due to past issues.
