Food morning and night, add supplements to the food, and keep the water bowl full. That simple 🙂- Einstein thinks he is the protector of the house so I do have to introduce new people to him in a specific way aka if you are to have anyone come over I HAVE to be home. My house is more a chill relax on your own vibe vs having people come over to hangout. If you want someone to come over, again I HAVE to be home, they also have to be out by pm so we can all shutdown for the night. When I am traveling, NO ONE can come over. I just have to make him know he's #1 person in the house.-lock doors when coming and going-dishes in dishwasher in hours-looking for a nonsmoker no drugs or smoking or vapes. Alcohol is fine-feel free to open windows when AC or heat is not on. Close them before leaving the house. -have wifi but no cable - TV in the main room has multiple apps on it and available.-Parking is on the street
