Hi there! We will have a Jack & Jill coming available (rooms connected through shared bathroom). Our current roommates are a couple and they used one space as their bedroom and the other as an office/living room! You’re more than welcome to use our living room but they just wanted their own little space! Our current roommates are moving out so this space will be available after Nov. 4th! We do have 3 dogs and a bunny so pet friendly is a MUST. We do occasionally ask for help with the pets but that’s totally not required, just a huge plus! My name is Maliyah and my Fiancés name is Chris and we have a very laid back, welcoming, fun home! We don’t ask much besides to clean up after yourself and keep the house clean/tidy. The rooms are pretty ducked off and we rarely bump in to our current roommates by their choice but we love to hangout and chat as well! The rent does include all JEA, Water, WiFi, laundry detergent/pods.
