About the place:- Rent is $ for the room- utilities included.The room for rent includes a private bathroom across the hall (see pics)- The building is called The Ellington, located at Chestnut Street (1 min walk to City Hall, both subway lines (BSL & MFL) and 8 min walk to Rittenhouse Square).- The condo has a washer/dryer, central air and full kitchen including a dishwasher. There is also a gym on the 5th floor and a lounge on the 6th floor (our floor).- The building requires a key fob for entrance and has a door man .
