It’s upstairs in a 2 story building, accessible by a flight of stairs.The building itself is very quiet. All the neighbors are respectful about noise levels, for the most part. It’s peaceful.The living room is fully furnished and comfortable. I have an air conditioner in the window. There’s a large screen smart tv and I have several streaming app subscriptions on there.
