I am looking for someone take over my lease starting Nov 1st for a beautiful bathroom apt near Inman Square, within a short walk from Harvard Square. Either room would be unfurnished, except for a queen size mattress/bed.The apartment is on the top floor of a three-story house, gets tons of natural light, and it's located in a quiet neighborhood near Inman Square. It has central AC/heater, in-unit laundry, a dishwasher and a tub. We are right by Whole Foods, at a -minute walk from Market Basket and -minute walk from Star Market. Closest T stations are Harvard and Central – both at a short walk. The address is officially in Somerville, but the street right across is Cambridge. I have loved living here and I'm only moving because my partner and I are looking for our own place. The two people you will be living with are kind, respectful, tidy and easy to get along and communicate with. They are both grad students at Harvard and Simmons

One room for rent starting November (or earlier) or December through August . We are coming up on December and are willing to chat with a person looking for a mid November/December 1 move in as well. We are definitely sad to go and want to make sure that we find mellow and kind roommates to sublet from us. We originally had two rooms open and found one person to sublet, so we are now looking for one more person to join the house, for a total of four room mates sharing the space. About the roommates: they are both in their 's and tend to keep busy. One is an artist pursuing her master's degree at MassArt. The other roommate is finishing up his bachelor's degree in human services and works full-time. They both tend to nest a lot in their rooms, but are sociable and easy going. or your interest!
