Hiiiii! I've had to make some edits to the original post as things have changed. I have rooms for rent in two homes for a September 1st move in. I have 2 rooms available in my current residence. I'm actually looking for 2 people to come and take over the lease for September 1st. The landlords are looking for someone to sign the lease and it would be approximately $ per room. We're looking for a security deposit so it would be $ for one room(first month and security) or about $ for both rooms. I think my current ideal is to have one person in each room so that the bills are very, very manageable. If you are interested and available, the evenings this week after Tuesday are generally a good time for a tour.There is one person in the first room who may or may not be staying(he did not sign the lease yet). He's also looking for a new job so if you have recommendations that would be great!
