The apartment is located in Grover Beach and it is a bath. I currently occupy the Master bedroom. We do share a shower but other than that the main bathroom would be yours. Both rooms have walk in closets. This unit used to be an airbnb so most furniture came furnished and I currently store some furniture in the extra room but we can move stuff out when needed. I am a clean individual, I go to school full-time as well as work full-time so I'm looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.
