This setup is ideal for a couple or two people looking to split rent while having a comfortable amount of space.Important (temporary) note: During the remainder of the current lease (ending soon), a family will be staying in the attic and will share use of the upstairs kitchen and bathroom. This is a short-term transition. Once the lease ends, the attic will be vacated and the upstairs — including the kitchen, living room, and bathroom — will become fully private for the renters.I live separately in the locked basement with dogs. The long-term intention is for the upstairs and basement to function as separate, independent living spaces with clear and respectful boundaries.Laundry note: The washer and dryer are located in the basement and are reserved for basement use.
