I have a furnished room for rent in the finished basement of my house with its own full bathroom, Kitchen, central AC/heat, washer, dryer and an exit and entrance door. The house is in a quiet, peaceful and family oriented neighborhood very close to stores, restaurants, gyms, movie theaters, gas stations and the freeways. It is located in a well maintained and established subdivision where you can take walks and exercise. The utility bills are split equally among the roommates.
