We have two bedrooms to pick from:The larger one is $ utilities. It has a larger closet & a nook w/desk & office chair.The smaller one is $ utilities. Both rooms together are $ utilities. We have “electricity surcharges” in Myrtle Beach during certain hours, depending on the season. Currently, a yr old lives there with her quiet 2yr old Goldendoodle. Female roommates are preferred & nonsmoking only(vaping outside).Let me know if you would like to see the place & if that would be a good fit. month minimum leases only.
