1 bedroom available for rent in 3 bedroom house for 1 person (male or female)AVAILABLE 1st OCTOBER (unable to change move-in date in the listing).- Close to Alma School Rd and Baseline Rd in Mesa- Minutes away from Costco, Walmart, Fry's, Starbucks- 1 bedroom (out of 3) available for move-in has amazing natural light, a shared bathroom (2 people), and a walk-in closet- Rents for individual room is $- Utilities not included in rent; these will be split equally among all 3 occupants (electricity, water, trash, wifi)- Everything in the bedroom will be removed (no furniture included)- Credit/background check will be requiredREQUIREMENTS:*IF YOU DO NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS, PLEASE BE SELF-AWARE AND DO NOT REACH OUT*- Empathetic personality, NO DRAMA (thank you ahead of time)- NO KIDS, NO PETS- Must be timely with rent, and bills, and have a stable income- Must clean up after yourself, be generally clean, and respect our home :)- Must respect roommates and otherwise be sensible with loud music, etc. on weekends (and we will do the same for you!)- No smoking inside the house, can smoke in the backyard- Common areas include the living room, kitchen with all appliances, washer, and dryer, and backyard with some patio furniture and pool- 2-car garage and plenty of street parking
