Beautiful 3 bedroom home, shared restroom. Quiet friendly neighborhood , located near Target, Costco, Publix and Walmart.

Room available for rent, prefer female roommates only. Cleanliness is of the upmost importance to be polite to everyone living in home.This location is right next to major stores like Target, Walmart, Publix, Costco. I am a Travel Nurse and usually only will come in once or twice at most a month, however neighborhood is very friendly and do have a "Quiet Time" after pm rule.

1 bedroom (possibly 2) for rent. 1 is furnished. The other is currently my office but could be a bedroom or extra living area. Hallway bathroom outside of bedroom would be yours. May need to be shared if company comes but that very rarely happens. The neighborhood is gated and has amenities such as 2 pools, kids splash zone, volleyball, basketball, tennis, picnic area, walking trail and pickleball is coming. I have a private screened-in pool in my fenced in yard. I have corn hole, a pac man arcade, giant jenga and even a wii with games lol. I work from home. Must be okay with dogs because this goldendoodle will be allllll up in your business. She loves everyone. The bedroom has room for a small desk if needed. Any other questions, let me know. I am close to shopping, restaurants, gas, medical facilities and the interstate. I'm not far to Disney. Publix is just outside the neighborhood and Walmart is down the street. No smoking in the house. I'd prefer no outside shoes be worn inside but I know that can be alot at ask. No Drugs!! You may have an occasional guest, but keep in mind, it is my home so they MUST be respectable. Parking is in the driveway. If your car is small, it might possibly fit in the garage with mine but no guarantees. I do not have cable TV but I do have a streaming package, Netflix and I currently have Hulu and Disney +. There is a sunroom off of the kitchen. You'll have full use of the kitchen and laundry. We will work out space in the pantry and fridge. If I need a 2nd fridge, that can be arranged. You: No felony convictions or previous evictions.
