Looking for either 1 or 2 roommates to move into a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house located in Mantua, West Philly (right next to University City). Estimated move-in date: January 2025. This property is leased by City Wide Realty and the lease renews every 6 months. If you decide to move in, there’s an online application through their portal and the fee is $65. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and a basement for storage on the ground floor. The house is located 15 minutes walking distance from Drexel campus and 25 minutes from Penn campus. The 34th MFL subway station is about 12 minutes away, SEPTA bus 38 and 31 run very close to the house and there is also an IndeGo bike station a block away from the house.There are two rooms so I can rent one room per person or can rent them both to the same person if you want to have a bedroom and office. It is $500 per month to rent per room so you can get a room for $500 or both of them for $1000. The water is added on to the rent and it is an additional $75 per month, and it will be split according to the number or roommates. If you were to move in and sign the lease, we would require a security deposit, the first, and last month of rent. The utilities are paid separately (minus the water which is included with the rent) and include electricity, gas, and Verizon Fios internet, which costs between $70-120ish per person every month depending on AC and heating use. Cats are ok but you will have to pay a pet deposit to the landlord. Not sure what the price of that is at the moment. Landlord doesn’t allow dogs unfortunately. LGBTQ+ welcome and I would prefer to live with other musicians so we can tolerate each other’s noise. No smoking of any kind is allowed. I’m looking for someone to take over my room starting in February (negotiable to mind January if needed) through the remainder of the lease ending July . Located in Fishtown on Tulip Street, just a short walk from Frankford & Girard Avenues and both the Berks and York Frankford subway stations. The house is a bath, two story row home with a small back patio. Downstairs, there is spacious living room “dining room” that has functioned as my work from home office, which you will be able to use. Spacious kitchen with a Nespresso machine. Central AC.Pretty big bedroom.There is a small closet that is shared between the two bedrooms with built in shelving,and I will be leaving behind my wooden extrernal closet for you. Willing to leave my full-sized bed & some other furniture if you’re interested. Our street is very quiet, it’s mostly families and other young professionals. There is a deli right around the corner that serves fantastic breakfast sandwicthes and quick essentialls. Abundance of free parking in the area. I can park outside the house % of the time, and the other 5% I’m only a block or two over at most. Roommate would be a yo female, one of my very good friends I’ve known for a decade. She works from home part time. She also has the sweetest pip you’ve ever met. She literally only barks in her sleep (not exaggerating!) and will kindly demand pets on the couch.
