The bedroom door does have a lock on it. There’s a shared bathroom and kitchen space.Rent is $495 a month including all utilities/Wi-Fi etc. due 1st of the month.It's cheap, safe, quiet, month to month rent with all utilities included (internet/cable).About me and the other roommate: I’m 23, he's 20, both straight males, we work and are gone most of the time except for sleeping. Both quiet, reserved and mind our own business. Work, fitness, real estate, and business are my main interests and what I am focused on at this point in my life. He's a flooring apprentice, works a lot, as well as travels for work some of the time. Neither of us smoke, drink, or party.You: Ideally you have the same interests: career success, fitness, personal development, real estate etc. and are a young person in college, early in your career, an entrepreneur, or someone who just wants to be frugal and keep your housing costs low. You must make 3xs the rent. The house is on an acre, park like setting in Webster Groves next door to Blackburn park and a mile from Webster University and Old Orchard. I have my kids with me every other week ( yo girl and yo boy). Both are good at respecting privacy.
