Huge four bedroom, beautiful spacious coach house with dining room, living room, office and bathroom. I’m the main tenant and will be out of the house % of the time. There is a flight attendant who has a room who uses it for about 6 days sparingly throughout the month. Looking for someone who is community oriented, responsible, caring, clean and considerate. Referring to it as a “sublet”, because I’m aiming to find someone from December th. Longer term is possible if there is a right fit. Room is furnished with a bed, nightstand, artwork and a lamp. Office would be yours to use if needed and the rest of the house is fully furnished. If you have your own bed, etc, we can arrange that as well. Although you would have it mostly to yourself, note that myself and the flight attendant are Black, Queer, women in our s. More photos available upon request. Interested?
