Hey Hey World!Thought we had this wrapped up, but it appears we will have one furnished (or unfurnished) room available at our spot come August st!It really is a GREAT place- which is probably why I have lived here for almost years now!!Right on Pacific, less than a half block from Venice blvd with the corner store, Bellisimo, Ospi, and the new Sí Mon. A block and a half from Windward circle and everything there; and of course- one block from the Beach.The apartment was renovated less than 5 years ago, and features a beautiful wide open kitchen/living room with fireplace, an awesome roofdeck, parking in back, and of course...amazing roomies!! :)We are low maintenance, high respect people- and are looking for someone (all genders welcome) who can be fun and social, but most importantly handle their biz and be respectful of the space, neighbors, etc.You would be sharing a bathroom with Sarah-- who works in architecture/design, and is Super sweet, active, and considerate. Room can be furnished or unfurnished.The living room and kitchen have furniture but if you have some more, it can work. About a minute walk. If you have a bike you get there in no time. Also, the Dash Crenshaw bus stop is right across the street. It goes to the expo line. It's about an 7 minute ride.Nearest Grocery stores, Ralph's and Superior, literally in walking distance. Tar-geh is about miles away. There's a nice little park across the street, and another one up the hill with a track and basketball court. Kenneth Hahn Park is up the hill as well. Baldwin Hills Scenic route is about 3 miles away. Great workout spot. That's the neighborhood y'all..
