I live in a ranch style house, 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, there is a twin bed in the bedroom I’m renting out, there’s also a dresser with a mirror if you need it, there’s also a closet in the room. You’ll have access to the kitchen ( you’ll supply your own food and beverages), there’s a bathroom with a tub and shower and possibly a stacked washer and dryer. Theres off street parking also, I’m about 6 mins from the airport, I also have a nice size back yard. I’m usually not around much during the day but especially in the winter I’m home most nights.

Florence is only about fifteen minutes away, and downtown Cincinnati is maybe thirty minutes away.I do own a dog and an indoor cat. The tenant already renting the basement space has a dog as well. I would prefer not to add any more pets to the household at this time, but I am open to discussion. No partying, drugs, or alcohol (this one is open to discussion) on the property. We can have further discussions concerning rules about schedules, guests, noise levels, cleaning guidelines, and lease terms. Whole place is bath townhouse in Covington, 5 minute walk from Main St, and Madison Ave. The blue room shown is the available bedroom, it is on the 3rd floor, the rent is $ total, split into $ each, and a $ initial security deposit, we only pay for gas/electric & internet separately, person must be okay with a dog and a cat being in the house, someone would be preferred, but it's not that deep if the shoe fits, we're all close friends in the place.
