There are three people currently - myself, a young man who works at a restaurant, and a young man who works at a valet. I have two hypoallergenic Siamese cats. I work from home as a software engineer.This room effectively has a private bathroom, because it is the only room on the bottom floor of the house and only the person in this room uses the restroom on the first floor.I would ask $ monthly for rent. The kitchen is enormous and the laundry room has both washer & dryer. All tenants wash their own dishes and clean up after themselves.
