Hi! I’m an incoming transfer student at UCF this Fall semester and I’m currently inquiring about available housing/rooms near UCF. Preferably walking distance or has a shuttle as I don’t have a car. My budget is no more than and it would be nice to include the overall expenses including utilities and miscellaneous :)
