I have a master bedroom for rent in a home in a quiet neighborhood in Elk Grove. Rent is all inclusive. There is no security deposit but I ask that you pay the first and last month’s rent upon move-in. The master suite contains a full bathtub, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. You will have access to either driveway and/or street parking, a personal fridge, and a personal cabinet in our shared kitchen. You will also have access to WiFi, and the shared washer and dryer. Cats are allowed. Currently living in the household are two females and one male. We all work full time with varying schedules.
