Hi, my name is Monique and I’m looking for a roommate starting January 1st. I have an apartment just across the street from Daffin Park. You would have your own private bedroom and bathroom. The rent includes all utilities and access to all the amenities the complex has to offer. You’ll have full access to the kitchen and in-unit laundry. You’d just need to furnish your own room. Also, no smoking or pets are allowed in the unit. Overnight guests such as family and close friends coming from out of town is okay, but no long term/nightly visitors.
