Hey!! I'm looking to rent out a room in my house for $ utilities. I'm not the best roommate as I am a night owl and often times force feed people... but I swear it's out of kindness! I'm good friends with my neighbors and we often times smoke and eat.I do have a 7 month old dog named Coco. She's so sweet and loves everybody!I work as a PRN CNA and at a speakeasy club named Dirty Laundry. So often times I'll cook at weird hours and I listen to a LOT of music, all genres. I'm a little clean freak but don't mind throwing parties or having guest over.I'm looking for an ASAP short term lease til the end of the year. With possible renewal depending on the fit.
