My current roommate is moving at the end of November and I’m Iooking to rent a room in my pre-war apartment located in Washington Heights for 6 months to a year. The apartment is very spacious with in-unit washer and dryer. Close to the A,C and 1 trains. You will be renting a fully furnished bedroom in the apartment with all amenities already included.
