Hello Female Students, We are a Faith Based family residing in Cumming Ga. What we have: A VERY LARGE bedroom with two walk-in closets, your own private bathroom. Central air conditioning/heat, wireless internet access, access to the community Pool. The tenant requirements: Two Female students to share a VERY LARGE SPACE with private bathroom. We strive to keep a respectful, morally conscious and generous environment. We live near Lake Lanier, Brown Brigde Exit. We’re situated minutes from Grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Pets: We have a very rambunctious 9 year old, Australian Shepherd who loves to give and receive love. PLEASE READ QUALIFICATIONS! A Month to month lease agreement. A background check. School Admission Verification. Income verification ( tax return/preparation). Must have Reliable Transportation. In order for us to maintain a safe, comfortable shared space, the following rules apply: No overnight visitors. No unannounced visitors. No compulsive entering and exiting the home (after a certain agreed upon time). If you feel our arrangement would be a good fit, let’s arrange a call/text soon.
