Looking to rent a place, Single dad just moved back to arizona. I’m a freelance videographer m. My daughters would visit from time to time after they get out of daycare and sleep in my room unless other accommodations are available. They are 4 and well behaved with dad. I clean up after myself keep to myself. I pay rent on time and help out around the house if need be. Very handy.
