Hey! I’m looking to sublease my room in the spring semester because I’m studying abroad. It’s at the pier at Clemson on the flats side. I live in a bath apartment with three other girls. It’s your own bathroom, and there’s a huge walk-in closet. It comes fully furnished and was just renovated. Rent is $ a month plus utilities. It’s a 7 minute drive from the Clemson campus, but it does have its own catbus route. The pier has great amenities too- hot tubs, lazy river, 3 gyms, endless study rooms, and 2 games rooms with pool tables. Please reach out with any question!

CLEMSON Spring Bedroom Sublease - Epoch Clemson 4 Person CottageHi, I am graduating in December and am looking for someone to take over my lease for the Spring Semester of in my apartment at Epoch Clemson. It's a 4 person cottage, which I'd call a mini-house, with a communal quad and fireplace surrounded by other cottage quads in the Epoch development. It is a furnished room with a personal bathroom and large closet. See attached photos of quad, kitchen, living room, and bedroom.Epoch is an approximate minute drive to campus with two operating shuttle buses that run back and forth to campus every minutes from PM Monday - Friday. Shuttles also drive downtown Thursday - Saturday between PM, making it livable for someone without a car. Epoch is built right on Lake Hartwell and includes lots of amazing amenities, including 2 docks on the lake, paddleboard/kayak rentals, beautiful pool, volleyball & basketball courts, gym, study spaces, and community events. I've been living in this house for years and wouldn't want to live anywhere else during my time at Clemson. Also living with a great group of guys in this house, which is great for someone transferring/looking for new roommates. Clemson students, this is a great pls e to live. Reliable shuttle to campus, amenities (pool, dock, tanning, ample study areas, volleyball, events). Laundry in unit. Single room with walk in closet and private bath is sq ft. Large shared kitchen and living room provides additional space. Electric bill is not available below because it goes through Epoch. Very convenient to have it all in one bill.
