There is plenty of parking available. The shared spaces include the sun room, living room, kithcen, and dining room. The first room is carpeted and currently furnished. It has its own private bathroom/shower and direct access to the backyard and patio with a sliding glass door. The room does not contain a closet but has multiple dressers and plenty of space to add a portable.
