Hi!! I have a bedroom available for rent in a bathroom apartment. It’s located super close to mission bay. My current roommate is moving out August th so I’m looking for someone to move in between then and September 1st. Utilities (wifi, gas, electric, water, trash and sewerage) do vary from month but on average are about one hundred and I included that in the monthly rent price. There is heater but no AC. Parking is on the street as well as there are parking lots for tenants only but they get filled pretty fast after 6pm (there are parking garages for a hundred a month but there is a wait list). The place is pet friendly and I love animals, but I would definitely just want to know more if you had any pets coming with you (pet rent is fifty a month and there is a deposit fee). The property has a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, a small gym, and they are renovating the club house. I included pictures of my room as well as what the extra room looks like empty and how my roommate decorated it.
