KSU students, we are looking to transfer my son's lease at The Retreat for school year.The lease transfer is for one bedroom of a bathroom, townhouse, male resident. Currently, there are two other rooms available in this unit, subject to change. His bedroom is on the second floor and has its own private balcony. The front door leads directly to the sidewalk that takes you to campus quickly, my son walked every day.
