Guy Roommate Needed!January FREE!!!I’m moving houses and need someone to take over my lease for the remaining spring semester (January-August). Rent is $ a month not including utilities. The person taking over would have to pay me my part of the deposit back which would be $ and pay a $ transfer fee. My three roommates are very nice and love playing sports and games etc. The house is also very nice and clean. Plus the only furniture you would need would be bedroom furniture. The kitchen is massive with two walk in pantries. Also has a guest bathroom downstairs.
