I am a real estate broker, investor and property manager. I own commercial and residential short term rental properties. I know how to care for and respect real estate. Early in , I purchased a camper and enjoy traveling to enjoy nature, outdoor activities and visit my family who are scattered around the country. I am looking for a room to rent. My plan is to sleep, shower, do laundry and eat there for about weeks a month when I am in town working. Probably for the next months. I am a minimalist, quiet, active and very neat. I don't cook much. Seldom drink. Healthy living is a priority. I do not have an exact date. But am thinking by February 1st.
