I’m looking for someone that will rent one of my rooms. Almost brand new townhouse, my son is with me at nights only, I work during the day and not home on weekends. We’re quiet and looking for someone who is clean, decent and respectful. Preferably a female housemate. I’m easygoing. I require one month deposit and first month rent. The room is at the 2nd floor.
