I'm a USC Alumni, own a design agency, and love tennis, snowboarding, working-out, etc. IG: zakkarystefan I'm currently looking for a roommate for my 2 bedroom mid-century modern apartment right next to Runyon Canyon (only a 2 block walk to get to the hiking trail). It's in a nice neighborhood at the bottom of Laurel Canyon, and very close to restaurants, nightlife, etc (Laugh Factory, Hyde, Skybar, LA Fitness, Equinox, and more). Large kitchen, living room, outdoor patio, a front patio with an amazing grill, laundry in-unit, air conditioning, and FREE parking. My current roommate just moved out and so I need to find someone to take his room by or before Feb 1st. Room comes with a TV if you’d like to have it. Everything else in the room will be moved out by the time you move in. It's a large and beautiful European styled apartment (huge patio). The pictures don't do it justice. I decked the place out in Mid Century modern furniture to give it a warm feel and I'm adding more.
