I will be fully gone from the apartment by the time you move in. Apartment will be cleaned and emptied of all my belongings. Since this is a lease pass-off, you will not need to pay any deposits or fees beyond the dollars to put you on the lease.Additionally, you will only need to pay rent after I am removed from the lease. So for February, you will only need to pay me the dollars. I will pay Feb's rent, utilities, power, and am willing to pay internet as well.
