All utilities, high-speed (unlimited, no cap) internet, trash and pest control are included in the rent in addition to household supplies (detergent, soap, trash bags, paper towels, etc.) that are delivered monthly via Amazon. In addition, a monthly cleaning crew leaves the house squeaky clean! Essentially, all you need to bring are your personal bedroom belongings and your toiletries! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at this time (let’s talk if it’s inside a tank). House Details:The house is situated on a quiet street and just a few miles away from the Westside Reservoir Park and Westside BeltLine. The Marta bus stop is conveniently located outside the residence. Just a few minutes away is I-, making the drive to Georgia State, Georgia Tech and work commutes super convenient.
