On a culdesac in a family friendly neighborhood in Del Cerro. The room:— square foot room with a sq foot closet. Will have a shared bathroom. —Great vintage vibe to the house and in great shape. —Washer dryer, large kitchen and living room area as well as big backyard and patio/ grill area in the back. Your housemates: —I’m a year old male with a full time job selling vintage clothing. I love music, art, cooking. I’m looking ideally for grad students or young working adults who don’t drink/ smoke/ party too much. Because these rooms are already furnished, and the furniture is in excellent condition, I would want someone who is CLEAN, hrthy, reliable, private, & easy to get along with, and respectful of property belonging to others.
