Large room for rent in the summerlin/ south west area of Las Vegas, NV. The room is very large and has two closets. The common areas are shared amongst everyone in the house. $ a month for the large room or $ a month for a standard room. A refundable deposit of $ is required for move in. If the room is left in good condition and a day notice is given before move out the deposit will be % refundable. The house is pretty quiet all day every day, no parties, and a non smoker house hold. I’m renting out the room fully furnished and the price includes, water, sewer, trash, gas, electric & internet. I also supply most toiletries within reason of course. Bed sheets and linens are replaced every 2 weeks and fresh towels provided weekly. I will be vetting people myself. Should be clean, respectful and have a job. No smoking, parties or pets. House comes equipped with water softener system and RO water. If you lived in Vegas then you know how dry the air is; I have a central humidifier system installed so the humidity in the house is pretty much perfect the entire time. No kitchen use however there is a microwave and fridge for you to use. Location is amazing, 3 min drive to downtown summerlin. Tons of entertainment and red rock is literally round the corner. No long contract needed and month to month.
