Hey there, my roommate and I are looking for a third roommate by the end of October! You'll have a bedroom with lock, inside a home that has a spacious living room, open kitchen and laundry room. Living room TV has Hulu/HBO/Amazon set up. There's also a big backyard so if you're interested in setting up a garden, we're here to support you! My friend and I are very much into nerdy culture such as video games and anime. We also enjoy cooking/baking and encourage you to join us! If you'd rather have your own space however, then let us know and we'll accommodate. We greatly appreciate communication! Rent is $ a month but utilities fluctuate. These utilities are water/electric/internet. Sorry! We won't be able to accept any pets. This household will have two small dogs and two cats. The dogs are mostly kept inside their owner's room (me) but the cats have free range of the space. If interested, please message me! The bedroom is ’ and has a small closet. The living room (’) and dining room (’) have large windows. Plenty of space to set up an office, art space, or gaming corner. The front yard has a couple of raised beds that you would be welcome to use. One off-street parking spot would be yours to use as well. Kitchen and laundry is on the first floor and would be shared with current tenants. The upstairs has two bedrooms and its own bathroom. There is a back entrance that allows the upstairs tenants to go upstairs without walking through the downstairs tenant’s space.Utilities will be split on a per-person basis, and usually run around $ per month per person. We both work mainly early shifts and spend our home time quietly in our rooms.
