Extra storage closet in lower level, laundry room also located on the lower level and another living room.Utilities included in rent: gas, electric, waste removal, water, internet.Upper level is shared, includes living room, a bathroom and kitchen.Picture of the outside is an older picture, the backyard has a full deck and a grill for summer BBQ’s.The location is near tikahtnu, Fred meyers across the street and close to base and the highway.
