You can have additional people as long as they understand you will share other full bath and will be an additional $. I’m just outside of the Charlotte city limits across the bridge. Near Steele creek in a gated community with security. Condo community pool, playground, lake access, tennis courts, and beach area.

I have a very private home in a quiet area minutes from Lake Wylie. I do have 3 huskies that are better behaved than most children and don’t cause trouble. Room can be furnished or not and has private bathroom. The room is on the opposite side of the house so you will have all the privacy you need. I work during the week as well as attend school. On the weekends I’m usually working in my shop or around the house. Very laid back and don’t care for any unnecessary drama.
