My name is Riley Warner, I am a year old student at San Diego State University living in Topaz Apartments. I am studying abroad next semester and am looking for someone to sublease my room + bathroom from late January to May (I am flexible on the dates). Plus, my roommate is also looking to sublease if you prefer to move in with a friend. Topaz is a modern, secure building in the center of campus with many amenities. The bathroom is shared with another tenant but has two sinks, so you’ll have your own sink. We are across the street from the hiking trails at Mission Trails Regional Park, 4 miles from SDSU, and miles to the beach. The den upstairs next to the room is shared . It has a microwave, a mini fridge, chairs and a table. We do a complete background check. Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets.
