The available room is large with a vaulted ceiling, private bathroom, ample closet space, and optional furnishings (bed and TV cabinet – I can remove them if not needed). You'll also have access to the neighborhood pool laid-back and have a friendly dog, so animal lovers are welcome. I've lived with both male and female roommates and just ask for someone who values cleanliness and mutual respect. The space is best suited for one person. She is from Ukraine and stayed with me for a little over a year and now is moving out to buy her own place.Rent is $/month.
