This is a fantastic house in a great location. You will have your own large dedicated space that will be yours, then you are also welcome to use the shared spaces. There is a beautiful patio with a pond and fountain, outdoor heaters and more. If you wish to use one of the garage spaces, we can discuss that as a possibility too. Utilities will be shared but are very reasonable as it is a high efficiency house.
