Laundry is on the basement floor. We also have a Hundred and fortyfive inch projector screen downstairs. Movies, sports, video games! I (Thirtyeight M) and my roommate (Twentynine M) have our rooms downstairs.I have a dog (Basset/Frenchie mix) and two cats. We have a doggy door and a privacy fenced in yard.
