Hello there :) This lovely main level room will be available for rent as of November 1st in my character home located in the West end of Toronto, near St Clair Avenue West and Scarlett Rd.The room is furnished with a queen size orthopedic mattress, a set of 2 night tables, a study desk with chair, mirror, night lamp and a tall dresser with plenty shelves for storage and a clothes rack.The monthly rent fee for this room is $CAD (single occupancy). NO SHARING. NO SLEEP OVERS. NO VISITORS ALLOWED. There is one car parking spot on the driveway for extra fee.The bathroom on the main loor is shared amongst 1 other roommate. One person per room. There are 2 bedrooms and1 bathroom on main level.The house has got charm with its wood trim and stained glass windows and it’s filled with good energy. :)Utilities are included: water, heat, hydro, BELL fibe wifi . Access to laundry room.Also, we are a 5 min bike ride to Jane subway station or Old Mil station through the beautiful views of the park. The neighbourhood is surrounded by nature, bike trails, beautiful jogging paths, tennis courts, canoeing. all along Humber river that leads to Lake Ontario.
